We’ll exchange or refund any goods returned to us in full working order, but if an item isn’t faulty, you’ll need to cover the cost of returning it to us. Any requests for refund or credit made outside the 14 day window are at our discretion. You can cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving your kit, and another 14 to return it to us once the order is cancelled.
